Almost Three months rest!
I just wanted to tell you that today
I began to workout again after almost
three months of rest due to time restrictions and an
injury not related to lifting.
My two oldest sons have moved in with me and I have started them on
the SCT system and when it came time for me to do my workout I
was freakin blown away! I thought for sure that I would have to start all over
again at the same weights and holds. But let me tell you I maxed out my free
weights! I was doing only doing the PFT system with weights ranging from 70 lbs
to 423lbs on my shrugs. I did 428 at 12 to 14 second holds today on all but
the bent over rows! I now have to but more weight.
I was not only blown away but my sons could not believe the weight I was pressing.
This SCT system rocks to say the least.
